RESERVATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to our small size, reservations and cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we require a non-refundable prepayment of 100% of the total amount due upon reservation (see rates below), which includes a 9% San Luis Obispbo County lodging tax on the total and a refundable security/damage deposit. The security/damage deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days of check-out if no damage occurs to the property ---------- Please note - your prepayment is non-refundable (excluding the refundable security/damage deposit) and non-transferable upon cancellation for any reason.

The security/damage deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the departure/check-out date if no damage to the property (including landscaping), furniture or fixtures occurs during the reservation period.
