There is a 3 night minimum for either the main house or the cottage.

Extras

Pets are allowed for $25/night per pet.

Horses are allowed for $75/night per horse.

Deposits & Other Fees

• Deposit for main house: $750
• Deposit for cottage: $250
• Payment is subject to 9% San Luis Obispo County tax
